The Beracha for these items is Shehakol. Many have asked about the acceptability of year-round gluten-free products. The answer is NO. Gluten-free means that it is free of the gluten aspect of the grain, however some grains, such as oats, are naturally gluten-free, but they are 100% HAMES.
SODAS: Sodas must have Kosher for Passover certification due to possible Hames in the flavoring base.
